   Gopost.biz is no more. Customers have either been migrated or have migrated to other platforms.

   Gopost.biz has been OFFICIALLY RETIRED.

   If you have continually ignored the dozen or so emails to our customers during the past 90 days you will find that you can no longer send or receive emails through, nor access gopost.biz. You may read about this issue here: https://help.8dweb.com/announcements/article/8dweb-third-notice-gopost-biz-retiring-video-help-for-plesk-premium-email

   If you did not migrate your email, you will now need to simply follow our directions in that announcement to setup email for your domain in Plesk. Our staff will not be available for **any** last minute migrations, and all tickets opened regarding this matter will direct you to the announcement above.
   You may contact us Monday morning after 8:30am, but no staff will be available to help with any migration matter OTHER THAN DNS.

   URGENT - If you have not yet migrated your mail to Plesk Premium Email, Microsoft365.com or Gmail/Gsuite you need to contact us immediately. You will have until July 31, 2020 to finalize mail migrations.

   This is an alert that 8Dweb will be discontinuing support of and usage of SmarterMail for all hosting accounts. Our team will be contacting customers regarding options and migrations. These migrations will commence the week of April 25th.

   Gopost.biz will be migrated to a new cloud infrastructure over the next week. This will remain open until the server is migrated. No downtime is expected.

   Our team has not fully identified the issue, and less than 10 customer seem to be affected currently. If you an issue, please go to https://portal.8dweb.com and open a ticket. If you are using a PC/Mac you **must** provide your IP in the ticket. You may use whatsmyip.com for that information. If you are having issues with an IOS (Apple) or Android device, please specify and let our team know what email client you are using on that device

   Gopost.biz is currently experiencing High Load and Mail Delivery Problems.
   Our team is aware and working on the matter, however, due to the nature of the problem, an immediate fix is unlikely. We will keep this status updated as matters are resolved
