   After tests, we were unable to ascertain that a faulty hardware node in one of our IAD3 cloud clusters was the issue. The matter was resolved by our team.

   Currently we are experiencing connectivity issues at IAD3. The reason has not been ascertained, but our staff is looking into the matter.
