The Data Center personnel have not provided an RFO (reason for outage) at this point. We will keep this open for one more week in anticipation.

Yesterday there was a major network event at our IAD4 data center. At this juncture, we understand there was a major failure somewhere above the IAD4 facility which affected all fiber feeds. There has been no official Reason for outage (RFO) provided, so 8Dweb is a bit in the dark on the actual issue. We will provide that RFO when presented to us. Network Services resumed around 6:35pm on March 23rd (last evening).
