   The offending switch has been removed, everything is now cut over to the new equipment.
   This matter is now closed.

   Today we experienced a total outage on our route IP blocks affecting all customers in IAD3.
   It took a bit of time to assess onsite. The issue was with one of our primary links AND our switch. Once the issue was identified steps were taken to TEMPORARILY by-pass this switch. All permanent links will be finalized after 6pm Today. There will be another 10-15 minute window of expected down time as this is a hard-cutover to alternate equipment.
