8D IAD3 - SAN Replacement
8Dweb will be retiring a SAN in CR7 and replacing it with new hardware. This will require several afternoon, evening and overnight maintenance windows to complete.
The expected dates will be Thursday, February 17 from 6pm though February 18 6am.
There **may** be some downtime for certain VM's within the XCP cloud systems in IAD3.
This is a precautionary notice, but do to the need to remove existing equipment and replace with new equipment there may be additional unexpected service interruptions.
All expections were met. There was a longer than anticipated outage on the storage backbone, but all services were returned in around 60 minutes.
