IAD3 and IAD4 SAN infrastructure work
We will be doing some maintenance and upgrades to our SAN infrastructure from 9am November 17th through 6pm November 23rd. This work will include drive replacement, drive upgrades and SAN replacement to finalize the SAN failure repairs from November 11-12. The initial work on November 17-18 will not require any downtime, however, we are advising in case of any unknown issues. The finalization of the replacement of SAN02 in IAD3 on November 21-23 will require a brief outage which will be scheduled after 9pm Eastern. Further updates to this status item will be sent.
IAD3 SAN UPDATE - 8Dweb is still awaiting vendor delivery of components for the replacement SAN for IAD3. As of 12-02-2022 This is still pending. There is ongoing maintenance cycles on all existing SAN units that takes place between 9pm-12am daily and from 6pm Friday through 9pm Sunday. This will not affect service in our cloud infrastructure.
