01-01-2024 - Emergency Network Maintenance IAD3
There will be an emergency network maintenance session on our IAD3 network infrastructure. This will cause several brief outages beginning at roughly 11:00pm Eastern tonight - January 1. We apologize for the late notification.
After assessing the situation, our team has decided that we will require 24 additional hours to prepare for the emergency maintenance window. We have stabilized and made some minor changes to the internal setups, and will continue to work on physical layer preparations. This maintenance window will move from tonight at 11pm until Tuesday, January 2nd, at 11:00pm Eastern.
Affected systems affected will primarily be the IAD3 XCP cloud systems.
Backend Systems and Network Issues have been fully resolved. IAD Backbone internal networks have all been fixed, and also upgraded to 25, 40 and 100Gb as required.
